Speed Dating Fall 2011
As a PromaxBDA member, you're invited to an exclusive networking event that only happens twice a year.
Client/Agency Speed Dating is a unique event where select clients will meet agency heads in a series of eight-minute one-on-one capabilities pitches in their own cabaret-styled VIP table for four. In one sitting, clients will have the opportunity to hear pitches from established and up-and-coming companies. See new of undiscovered work while enjoying a glass of wine! Feedback is given after the event via a rating system, expressing levels of interest in working with the agency, and PromaxBDA will connect any matches.

To participate you must commit to the full event and may not leave before it ends, as this will force tables to sit out of a rotation.
All names must be submitted by Tuesday, October 11, 2011 by 5:00 p.m. PST.
Participants will be notified on Wednesday, October 12 if selected.

Following Speed Dating will be a member cocktail reception. All participants are welcome to join us for drinks, food and more networking from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Details will be sent in a separate invitation.
- Agencies will be pitching to Clients. Clients will remain seated and Agencies will rotate tables for each pitch.
- It is recommended that vendors bring a laptop with portable speakers, headphones, or other easily managed visual aids appropriate to a small table setting.
- Easels or other supporting devices are not allowed and will not be permitted.
- Please be prepared to present in a manner appropriate to the circumstances.
